Using Scope:
Direct cooling milk tank is mainly used for cooling and storage of milk, can also be cooled, stored other liquid materials.
Production Structure.
1.Milk cooling tank is mainly composed of tanks, mixers, scrubbers, refrigeration units, electrical control boxes and other five major components.
2. Milk cooling tank is a horizontal oval shape. Between the inner and outer tank with a polyurethane rigid foam board.The material has low thermal conductivity, light weight, high strength, low water absorption insulation layer, Good insulation properties.
Production Features
1. Tank wall plate evaporator uses advanced refrigeration and milk direct heat.
2. Refrigeration compressor is equipped with a reliable defense midpoint, Not due to overload or burn out the motor system failure.
3. Full tank made of SUS304 or SUS316, Pressurized cleaning with automatic and manual and automatic mixing device.
4. Polyurethane foam insulation using new technology. Good insulation properties.
