Product Introduction
The essential oil steam distillation unit uses distillation technology and chemical separation,which can extract plant components efficiently by steam distillation,and have good effect in collecting essential oil from plants.
Our essential oil distiller equipment adopts the method of steam distillation. This method is as below: put the plants into the container, add water and heat container.The the steam and oil will enter the condenser through the top outlet to cool down.
Because of the relative lighter density,essential oil float on the water surface,then we get the highest quality essential oi extracted for the first time. Since essential oils are slightly melted in water, a bit essential oil will remain in the cooling water ,which is called "hydrosol" or "flower water".
Equipment advantages:
1. The quality oil-water separator is very good, equipped with oil-water separators for both light oil and heavy oil.
2. Equipped with a precision demister, the essential oil is very good without any impurities.
3. Distillation method: in-water distillation and on-water distillation are available,, which can adapt to different types
of aromatic plants.
4. Various heating methods are available to save energy.

sagebrush, rosemary, wintersweet, sophora japonica, mint, thyme,etc.
