3.3 Customized Material
We can customize steel billets of other material models (such as alloy structural steel, boiler steel, etc.) according to customer-specific needs. The chemical composition can be adjusted according to customer requirements, providing personalized material solutions to meet the needs of different scenarios.
4. Production Process
Continuous Casting → Soaking Heating → High-pressure Rolling → Controlled Cooling → Finishing → Inspection → Packing & Warehousing
Advanced continuous casting process is adopted to reduce internal defects of steel billets and ensure uniform distribution of chemical composition; temperature-controlled cooling is carried out throughout the process to ensure stable mechanical properties of steel billets, and each process is professionally tested to prevent unqualified products from leaving the factory.
5. Quality Assurance
Chemical Composition: Each batch of steel billets is tested for chemical composition with accurate data, complying with corresponding standards, and an authoritative Mill Test Certificate is provided.
Surface Quality: No cracks, folds, scabs, overlaps, inclusions and other defects on the surface, uniform color, and dimensional deviation controlled within the standard range.
Internal Quality: Dense internal structure, no excessive defects such as shrinkage holes, looseness, air holes, and mechanical properties (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation) meet the standards.
Testing Standards: Equipped with professional testing equipment, implementing GB, ASTM, JIS, EN and other standards, full traceability to ensure controllable product quality.
6. Packing & Shipping
Packing: Steel strip binding packaging, each bundle weighs 2-5 tons, the surface can be anti-rust treated (on demand), the packaging is firm, suitable for sea, land and air transportation.
Shipping Method: Container, Bulk Vessel, the appropriate transportation method can be selected according to the order quantity.

Port of Loading: Main ports in China (Tianjin Port, Shanghai Port, Qingdao Port, Ningbo Port, etc.), other ports can be arranged on demand.
