Place the proofed dough block on the conveyor rack of the longitudinal dough rolling and sorting mechanism. After two longitudinal rollings, sort the dough block into a dough sheet with a certain thickness and width. Then, it enters the dough sheet cutting machine. After pre - pressing, rolling thin and correcting, it becomes a dough sheet with the required thickness for doughnut blanks. It is divided into an even number of equal - width strips by the rolling cutting mechanism. Then, separate the strips according to their odd - even numbers. Through the upper conveying mechanism, align and overlap the odd and even blanks on the conveyor belt of the blank strip indentation machine. The function of the blank strip expansion machine is to expand the doughnut blanks with a relatively close horizontal spacing in the same row to an appropriate horizontal spacing position. The moving cutter mechanism cuts the stacked blank strips into doughnut blank segments of a certain length to prepare for entering the frying pan. The function of the doughnut conveyor is to lift and convey the expanded doughnut blanks into the frying pan.
