1. Product Overview
Steel wire is a slender steel product formed by drawing high-quality steel billets or wire rods through precision molds. It mostly has a round cross-section, and can also be processed into special-shaped sections as required. The product features uniform diameter, smooth surface and stable mechanical properties. With high tensile strength, good flexibility, stable toughness and excellent processability, it is an indispensable basic material in modern industry, construction, transportation and daily use.

2. Product Classification
2.1 By Cross-Section Shape
Round Steel Wire: Standard round cross-section, the most widely used, suitable for general binding, rope making, spring making and other scenarios.
Shaped Steel Wire: Customizable square, flat, rectangular, hexagonal, triangular cross-sections to meet special mechanical and structural requirements.
2.2 By Surface Treatment
Black Annealed Steel Wire: Soft texture with black surface after annealing, good flexibility and low cost, mainly used for binding, packaging and handicrafts.
Electro-Galvanized Steel Wire: Bright surface with uniform and fine zinc coating, moderate rust resistance, suitable for indoor use, daily hardware and general binding.
Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Wire: Thick and dense zinc coating with strong anti-corrosion performance, suitable for outdoor, agricultural, infrastructure and high-humidity environments.
Plastic-Coated Steel Wire: Covered with PVC/PE/nylon protective layer, insulated, rust-proof and aesthetic, used for gardening, fencing and daily products.
Oil-Quenched & Tempered Steel Wire: Strengthened by heat treatment, high strength and good elasticity, specially used for industrial spring manufacturing.

Low Carbon Steel Wire: Q195, Q235, S235JR, soft and easy to bend, used for binding, mesh making and packaging.
Medium & High Carbon Steel Wire: 45#, 55#, 60#, 65#, 70#, 82B, high tensile strength (above 800–2000MPa), used for rope making, springs and prestressed structures.
Alloy Steel Wire: Silicomanganese and chromium vanadium series, with ultra-high strength, used for heavy-duty springs and special cables.
