Enamel sheet is a composite material formed by fusing an inorganic glass coating onto a steel surface through high-temperature firing, combining the strength of steel with the decorative and protective properties of enamel glaze. The base steel thickness of the enamel sheet usually ranges from 1.0mm to 2.0mm, and the total thickness including the enamel layer is between 1.18mm and 1.8mm. The maximum length can reach 3200mm and the maximum width 1500mm, and it can also be cut and processed into different shapes according to design drawings, such as flat plates, curved plates, L-shaped plates, etc., to adapt to different installation environments and design requirements. Whether it is a large-area signage display panel or a special-shaped decoration part, it can be customized to match.
This enamel sheet is particularly suitable for architectural decoration and signage display in public spaces, with obvious application advantages in tunnel wall decoration, subway station passages, and column wrapping. In tunnel wall decoration, its scratch-resistant and easy-to-clean features can adapt to the frequent cleaning of tunnel walls and the friction of passing vehicles, and its high reflectivity can also help improve the lighting effect in the tunnel.
