We adopt independently developed environment-friendly enamel glaze (lead-free, chromium-free, and heavy metal-free) that complies with EU RoHS and REACH standards, paired with an 850-900℃ high-temperature intelligent sintering process equipped with AI temperature control systems (temperature accuracy ±5℃). This combination not only guarantees uniform coating thickness (300-500μm) but also endows the VE Panel with outstanding core performance: salt spray corrosion resistance ≥1000 hours (far exceeding the industry average of 800 hours), antibacterial rate ≥99.99% against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and other common bacteria (certified by national authoritative testing institutions), coating adhesion ≥4.0MPa (tested via the pull-off method), temperature resistance ranging from -40℃ to 400℃, and scratch resistance up to 100,00 wipes without fading or loss of luster. Additionally, the product is formaldehyde-free, low-VOC, and meets GB/T 35602-2017 and ISO 14001 environmental standards, making it ideal for indoor and outdoor applications requiring health and safety compliance.
