XG-141 Waterborne Epoxy Emulsion
l product description ：
XG-141 Waterborne Epoxy Emulsion is a water-based dispersion prepared through emulsification of E51 liquid bisphenol A epoxy resin. The product contains no organic solvents and features low average particle size with narrow size distribution, achieving excellent storage stability and film-forming properties without requiring solvents or diluents. This waterborne epoxy emulsion retains the superior adhesion, mechanical properties, and comprehensive mechanical performance characteristic of traditional epoxy resin coatings. Suitable for water-diluted two-component systems, it is primarily used in coatings and adhesives, serving as an effective alternative to solvent-based or solvent-free polyamide cured coatings containing low-molecular-weight epoxy resins.

Recommended applications include: Construction and civil engineering: mortar and cement slurry, self-leveling floor coatings, general industrial coatings, industrial textile adhesives or fiber finishes, adhesives and bonding agents, composite materials, and fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP).

l Safety, Storage, and Handling During Transshipment
For the latest information on safety and handling procedures, please refer to the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).
To facilitate handling and maintain optimal storage longevity, epoxy resin dispersion solutions should be stored in sealed containers at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C. To prevent skinning or surface drying, avoid prolonged exposure of the product. For partially filled drums requiring storage, reapply plastic cover fabric over the liquid product surface. Where feasible, implement appropriate preventive measures including suitable engineering controls, provide proper personal protective equipment and gear, and follow appropriate handling procedures to minimize contact with these materials. The use, storage, and transportation of these materials must only be conducted after personnel have reviewed the handling precautions and recommendations specified in the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for both these products and all other materials.
