Product description ：
The emulsifier of nonionic reactive epoxy resin based on modified polyether can be mixed with water.
It exhibits characteristics such as low foaming, biodegradability, and strong emulsification capability. It is primarily used for the emulsification of epoxy resins, particularly demonstrating excellent emulsification performance for solid epoxy resins.
The synthesized epoxy emulsion has excellent comprehensive performance and anti-corrosion performance.

Preparation Technology of Epoxy Emulsion
The liquid E51 resin and emulsifier were melted in an emulsifier kettle (flat-bottomed reactor) at a temperature of 60±5 ℃.
After complete melting, mechanical stirring was performed for 20 minutes at a speed of 1400-1600 r/min.
After complete melting of the resin and emulsifier, deionized water (preheated to 80°C) is slowly added.
Continue dripping until the opposite rotation phase stops (drip duration for opposite rotation is 10-15 minutes, with the dripping volume accounting for 20-25% of the total dripping volume), then maintain 1800-2000 r/min for 90 minutes to ensure dispersion.
Continue adding deionized water, and appropriately increase the dripping speed. After the dripping is completed, disperse at 900-1000 r/min for 15 minutes before discharging.

The samples were filtered through a 180-mesh filter and then aliquoted.
Precautions ：
The temperature of emulsification was controlled at 60±5 ℃.
Due to the elevated temperature during emulsification, moisture should be replenished prior to discharge to account for evaporation loss.
Packaging and storage:
50 kg plastic drum sealed package.
Store in a cool, dry place and keep the packaging sealed.
