Work Principle:
The hollow rod electric heating system inserts a cable into the inner hole of the hollow sucker rod and forms a loop with the hollow rod body. It passes alternating current of different frequencies and uses the internal skin effect to generate heat energy on the hollow rod wall . Through heat conduction, it heats the inside of the oil pipe. The crude oil is heated throughout the process to increase the temperature of the crude oil in the oil pipe, reduce the viscosity of the crude oil, and improve its fluidity, so as to effectively exploit high-viscosity, high-freezing-point, and high- wax crude oil. When the inner cable of the hollow sucker rod is supplied with alternating current, an internal skin effect occurs. Current flows on the inner wall of the hollow rod and there is basically no current on the outer wall. It can be regarded as an insulator to ensure work safety.
