Work Principle:
The cable uses single-phase power supply; the copper core is used as the conductor and the steel pipe sheath is used as the heating element. At the lower end of the cable, the copper core and the steel pipe sheath form a loop through the loop joint. After energization, the two current carrying conductors basically form a condition where the current is equal in magnitude and opposite in direction, causing a skin effect on the inner wall of the steel armored cable sheath, iron loss and proximity effect to generate heat, realize electric-heat conversion, and achieve the purpose of heating.

The intelligent electric heating control system uses the third-generation IGBT high- power switching device as the main circuit and an advanced special-purpose microprocessor as the control component to form a complete control system. The equipment has excellent performance, high reliability and is particularly easy to operate. Switching between manual control and automatic control can be achieved as needed. Automatic control is divided into two modes: time control and temperature control.The heating cable must have over-current protection. All automation equipment and low-voltage electrical appliances are selected from Schneider. The working status of the heating cable is automatically controlled through the built-in standardized program. The working status of the oil well is monitored in real time through the oil well on-site detection element and the heating cable is automatically adjusted. working status. Intelligent temperature control cabinet control can automatically adjust temperature control or time control according to user needs. When the set temperature or time value is reached, the device automatically cuts off power and the heating cable stops working.
