Double filtration system ensures that the sampler is not polluted. The machine body has an adsorption tube cutting device, and no other cutting tools are needed. Automatic shutdown within 30 seconds when the flow error exceeds the set 5% or the battery power is insufficient. No pulse phenomenon, and can be connected to the adsorption bottle IMPINGER for sampling.
HNT-300 low-flow air sampler is not only suitable for sampling various absorption tubes, but also an ideal instrument for solid absorption tubes. Solid adsorption tubes (including activated carbon tubes and silicone tubes, etc.) can be used for both long-time sampling and short-time sampling; It can be used for both sampling and individual sampling; It can not only collect all kinds of organic vapors, but also collect all kinds of organic gases and vapors; It can not only be matched with the monitoring of allowable concentration (MAC) of hygienic standard, but also with the monitoring of time-weighted average concentration (TWA). Therefore, it is more and more widely used for monitoring and evaluation of labor hygiene and environmental hygiene.
,Structural characteristics The instrument is mainly composed of low-power steady flow pump, flow regulating valve, buffer, filter, electronic time control circuit, work indication and undervoltage indication circuit, power supply and so on. The power supply is AC and DC, and the DC power supply adopts high-capacity nickel-cadmium rechargeable battery, which can be recharged more than 800 times in normal use. Fully charged at one time, it can work continuously for more than 8 hours, the relative change of instrument flow is less than 5%, and the temperature rise is less than 10℃.
1，Structural characteristics
Sampling power-air pump is designed by our company with international technology, which has the characteristics of small size, low power consumption, low noise, long life, stable flow, acid and alkali resistance and long-term self-stabilization of rotation speed.
Time control circuit: the electronic time control circuit is designed by imported integrated circuits. In order to adapt to low-flow and long-time sampling, it adopts a fixed multi-stage timing structure, which does not need to be set before each sampling, and it will not be impossible to verify due to setting errors. It is divided into manual, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 minutes.
Working and under-voltage indicating circuit: The DC power supply of the instrument adopts six high-performance rechargeable batteries. When the voltage is lower than 6V, the battery pack will be damaged to varying degrees, which will affect its service life. Therefore, the instrument is equipped with a working and undervoltage indicating circuit to protect the battery. When the battery voltage is higher than 6V, the indicator light is on. If the battery voltage is lower than 6V, the indicator light goes out, indicating that the battery needs to be charged immediately.
External power supply: the instrument is equipped with an external dual-purpose power supply of "charging-voltage stabilization". When sampling alternating current, the power switch is placed in the "voltage stabilization" position. If it is used for charging, the power switch is placed in the "charging" position, and the sampler switch is turned OFF at the same time, so that it can charge itself. When the battery pack voltage reaches the rated value, the indicator light of the charger goes out automatically, indicating that the charging is completed.
