1, product introduction

2, the principle
HMBX is to measure the level of some molecules with biomarkers. These molecules are produced by metabolism or reproduction. Therefore, the results can be obtained immediately by detecting these active substances. Activity method and plate counting method are different measurement methods.
HMBX test method is based on aerobic microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi, including bacteria and fungi. They produce a peroxidase during metabolism, and HMB-X detects peroxidase. The production of peroxidase is proportional to the biological activity. Therefore, the number of existing enzymes in the sample can reflect the current total biological activity. The oxygen released by the reaction of reactants with enzymes was detected by HMBX, and it was converted into bioactive quantitative readout (BMR) and CFU.
