The NH-YJV 50 fire-resistant cable complies with the standard GB/T12706.1-2008, and its fire-resistant performance also meets GB/T19666-2005
The NH-YJV 50 cross-linked polyethylene insulated cable of Guangdong Shuangli in Foshan has four major performances:
1. Heat resistance: XLPE with a network three-dimensional structure has excellent heat resistance. It will not decompose or carbonize below 300℃, and the long-term working temperature can reach 90℃, with a thermal lifespan of up to 40 years.
2. Insulation performance: XLPE maintains the original good insulation properties of PE, and the insulation resistance is further increased. Its dielectric loss tangent value is very small and is not greatly affected by temperature.
3. Mechanical properties: Due to the establishment of new chemical bonds between macromolecules, the hardness, stiffness, wear resistance and impact resistance of XLPE are all improved, thus making up for the shortcoming of PE being susceptible to environmental stress cracking.
4. Chemical resistance: XLPE has strong resistance to acids, alkalis and oils. Its combustion products are mainly water and carbon dioxide, which cause less harm to the environment and meet the requirements of modern fire safety.
