Bto-22 Cross Type Concertina Razor Wire / Barbed Wire Security Fence
Razor Barbed Wire is also named concertina coils or razor type barbed wire. It is a kind of modern security fencing materials with better protection and fencing strength made of hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets or stainless steel sheets.

Razor Blade Punching Station: Decoiler, Press, Recoiler.
Concertina Razor Blade Profiling Station: Decoiler, Wire Stand, Profiler.
Clipping Station.
Packing Station How to make the razor wire? Here are the detailed production processing about it.
First, the raw material is the galvanized sheet, stainless steel sheet or low carbon steel sheet, then cut the bar of tapes. The width of bar can be changeable according to the razor type.
Second, the razor wire cutting machine perforates the bars, then divides the sheet to two layers. With the processing of cutting, then get into the process of blade. Flatten the blade bar.
Third, combine the blade bar and inner wire. The wire is usually using stainless steel wire or iron wire. The wire in the middle of blade bar, with the machine, then the blade bar wrappers the wire. Last form the razor barbed wire, then pack the razor barbed wire into rolls. In the surface, use the sack cloth for package.
