Rexroth A4VSO40DR/10R-PPB13N00 is a high-performance inclined disc axial piston variable displacement pump in the Bosch Rexroth A4VSO series, designed specifically for open circuit hydraulic systems and widely used in high-pressure, high-efficiency scenarios such as construction machinery, metallurgical equipment, injection molding machines, etc. Its core selling points are as follows:

Accurate variable control and fast response speed
Adopting DR control method (pressure flow compound control), the displacement can be continuously adjusted by adjusting the angle of the inclined plate, with a response time of ≤ 50 ms. It supports constant pressure mode or multi-stage pressure switching, ensuring stable output of the system even when the load changes, energy-saving, and high control accuracy.
High pressure and efficiency, suitable for heavy-duty working conditions
The rated pressure reaches 280 bar (continuous)/350 bar (peak), meeting the requirements of high-pressure hydraulic systems;
Volumetric efficiency ≥ 95% (tested at oil temperature of 50 ℃), saving 15% -30% energy compared to quantitative pumps, especially suitable for dynamic load scenarios.
Modular and axial design, high system integration
Support axial structure, can stack pumps of the same specification to form a combination pump, adapt to multi circuit composite drive, and save installation space;
PPB13N00 controller can be optionally selected, supporting programming to set pressure thresholds and flow curves, enhancing the level of system intelligence.

Easy installation and maintenance, strong reliability
Equipped with a tilt angle indicator for easy on-site debugging and status monitoring;
The drive shaft alignment requirement is ≤ 0.1 mm, the vacuum degree of the oil suction pipeline is ≤ 0.3 bar, and the cold start needs to be preheated to ≥ 10 ℃ to ensure operational stability;
The recommended oil cleanliness is NAS level 9, tested every 500 hours to extend its service life.
Strong medium compatibility, suitable for various working conditions
Supports mineral oil and synthetic hydraulic oil, with a viscosity range of 15-160 mm ²/s, and can operate in low or high temperature environments; Explosion proof environment can be customized with Exd Ⅱ BT4 certified models, and it is recommended to install heating devices in low-temperature environments.
