Core Performance Advantages
Precise Variable Displacement, Excellent Efficiency: Flow rate is directly proportional to drive speed and displacement. Stepless variable displacement can be achieved by adjusting the swashplate angle, precisely matching the pressure and flow requirements of the load. Compared to traditional fixed displacement pump systems, it can save 25%–45% of energy, demonstrating significant energy savings. Under rated operating conditions, volumetric efficiency ≥94% and overall efficiency ≥87%.
Stable and Reliable, Longer Lifespan: Adopting the latest optimized design of the 31 series, it features high structural strength. Rated operating pressure can reach 280 bar (28 MPa), and short-term peak pressure can reach 350 bar. It undergoes rigorous factory testing, resulting in a low overall failure rate and excellent long-term stability.

Strong operating condition compatibility: Excellent oil suction performance, adaptable to complex operating conditions, compatible with various conventional hydraulic oils such as mineral oil and HF series, applicable to most industrial hydraulic scenarios including construction machinery, mining, coal mining, metallurgy, shipbuilding, injection molding machines, and road machinery.
Flexible and versatile configuration: Utilizes DFR1 pressure-flow composite control, with no throttling orifice at the X port, enabling simultaneous constant pressure and constant flow control to meet the control requirements of complex systems; supports optional through-shaft structure (this model is N00 without through-shaft), and can be expanded into combined pumps of the same specification to meet the needs of multi-loop systems; standard ISO/SAE mounting flange for convenient replacement and installation.
High power-to-weight ratio: While ensuring large displacement (100cm³/r) and high pressure, the overall design is lightweight, which facilitates equipment integration and installation, and also reduces the load requirements on the mounting base.
