PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Description of Manual Waste Sorting Table
The manual sorting platform is mainly used in the parts of the waste treatment line that cannot be sorted by machinery. It is mainly used for sorting out large waste before screen and manual selection of a certain type of recyclable material.The garbage after sorting can achieve the purpose of resource recycling.
Working Principle of Manual Waste Sorting Platform
The manual sorting platform is mainly composed of belt conveyors, platforms, hoppers, control system, safety protection devices etc.
The materials enter into the sorting station with the belt conveyor, and the staff put the target materials such as plastic,paper, metal, textile, battery, glass, etc. into different hoppers. The remaining material on the belt enters the next process.
The sorting belt conveyor is frequency-controlled and placed in the middle of the sorting platform, with several sorting stations on both sides, and each station match a garbage collection bucket.

Application of Waste Sorting Line
Urban or Household waste: organic, inorganic, waste paper, plastic bags, fabrics, plastics, glass, metals, etc.
Construction waste: muck, waste concrete, waste masonry and rubble, brick and tile fragments, waste mortar slurry, asphalt blocks, waste plastics, waste metal, waste bamboo and wood, industrial waste.All of these sorted waste can be recycled after reprocessing.
