Poly aluminium chloride applications

Is poly aluminium chloride safe?
The consumption of polymeric aluminium chloride can be dangerous. The substance is corrosive. Inhalation, ingestion or skin contact may cause injury. According to the PAC 28% MSDS and PAC 30% MSDS, inhalation can cause irritation to mucous membranes. It can cause redness and swelling of the skin and eyes. In addition, ingestion of PAC can cause irritation of the mouth and stomach. Proper storage and disposal of aluminum chloride needs to be considered to avoid any adverse effects.

Application
1. Water Deputation: Domestic and industrial water
2. Municipal wastewater treatment.
3. Treatment of industrial wastewater, sewage, sludge and recovery of certain residues in sewage, etc.
4. For some industrial wastewater that is difficult to treat, PAC is used as the matrix, and other chemicals are mixed into the compound PAC. The wastewater can be treated with a surprising result.
Features
1. High Al2O3 content, No less than 29.5%.
2. Low salinity, only 50%, low than ordinary PAC(80%).
3. The water-insoluble matter is low than ordinary PAC(1.5%).
4. Pure with extremely low content of other heavy metals except for aluminum. It is clear and transparent when dissolved in water, But the ordinary PAC appears yellow or brown after being dissolved in water.
5. Low Fe content, easily soluble in water at low temperature.
6. The scope of application is small and the cost is high in water treatment.

Liquid state poly aluminum chloride
Notes

Usage
Dissolved into solution by adding water at a ratio of 1:3, then adding 10-30 times more water to dilute to the required concentration. Choosing the best pH value to add can bring a big benefit to coagulation, usually, the best PH is 3.5-5. Dosage is 0.5-2.0kg (5-20ppm) per 100 tons of turbid water, When the turbidity of the raw water is high, the dosage is appropriately increased, and when the turbidity is low, the dosage can be appropriately reduced.
Usage Notice
1. Do the test at first, and choose the best value based on water quality.
2. Water treatment agents from different manufacturers and brands cannot be mixed.
3. Stock solution and diluent are slightly corrosive, but lower than other inorganic flocculants.
