Tile adhesive, also known as Yijiaoni, is a new material for modern decoration, which replaces the traditional cement and yellow sand. Its adhesive strength is several times that of cement mortar, and it can effectively paste large - sized tiles and stones, avoiding the risk of tile falling. It has good flexibility to prevent the formation of hollowing. Its main features are high bonding strength, water resistance, freeze - thaw resistance, good aging resistance and convenient construction. It is a very ideal bonding material.
Scope of Application
It is suitable for the pasting of indoor and outdoor ceramic wall and floor tiles and ceramic mosaics, and also suitable for the waterproof layers of the inner and outer walls, pools, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, etc. of various buildings. When used for tile pasting on the protective surface layer of the external insulation system, it is necessary to wait for the protective surface layer material to be cured to a certain strength. The base surface should be dry, firm, flat, free of oil, dust, release agents, etc.
Usage Method
1. Moisten the construction wall and floor. The inside of the wall and floor must remain dry, and the surface of the wall and floor needs to be kept flat. Places with unevenness or rough surfaces can be leveled with cement mortar.
2. Remove stains such as floating ash and oil on the base layer, otherwise it will affect the adhesion of the tile adhesive.
3. Prepare the adhesive. The water - to - cement ratio is about 1:4, and stir well. The adhesive should be used up within 5 - 6 hours.
4. Apply the mixed adhesive on the back of the tile to be laid, and press firmly until the tile surface is flat. Tiles laid within 15 minutes can be re - positioned by moving.
Precautions
1. Before application, the verticality and flatness of the substrate must be confirmed first.
2. Never mix the dried mortar with water and reuse it.
3. Pay attention to leaving expansion joints.
4. It is allowed to step on or fill the joints 24 hours after the tiling is completed.
5. It is suitable for use in an environment of 5℃～40℃.
6. The coverage area varies depending on the specific situation of the project.
7. Product storage: Store in a cool and dry place. The unopened powder can be stored for 12 months
