Technical Indicators of Nanchang Grouting Material from Local Manufacturer
Grouting material is a product specifically used for grouting construction of post-tensioned prestressed pipes (holes). It is optimally formulated from various high-quality cement-based materials and high-performance admixtures. It has excellent fluidity, stable slurry, good fullness, adjustable setting time, no shrinkage, slight expansion, high strength, and does not contain harmful substances to steel bars.

Protect the prestressed tendons from corrosion and ensure the safety of the prestressed structure.
Enhance the bonding force between the prestressed tendons and the concrete, enabling the effective transfer of prestress between them and allowing the prestressed tendons and the concrete to work together.
Eliminate the fatigue damage to the anchorages caused by the stress changes of the prestressed concrete structure under repeated loads, extend the service life of the anchorages, and improve the reliability of the structure.

Construction application
Construction points
The water-to-material ratio is 0.26~0.28, which can be adjusted according to different grouting parts.
First, add 80%-90% of the actual mixing water to the mixer, start the mixer, and evenly add all the grouting material while stirring. After all the powder is added, then stir rapidly for 3 minutes, add the remaining 10%-20% of the mixing water, and continue to stir for 2 minutes.
The duration from the mixing of the grouting material to its injection into the duct depends on the temperature, generally within the range of 30 minutes to 1 hour.
The grouting material should be continuously stirred before use and during the injection process to maintain the uniformity and fluidity of the slurry.
A piston-type pressure pump or vacuum pump should be used for grouting, and the pressure needs to be greater than 0.7MPa.
The temperature of the slurry during grouting should be maintained between 5℃ and 30℃. Otherwise, measures should be taken to meet the requirements.
Precautions
The rotation speed of the mixer should not be lower than 1000r/min.
Cement slurry whose fluidity has decreased due to delayed use shall not have its fluidity increased by adding water.
During construction, under high - temperature conditions, choose a time with lower temperature, such as night construction; under low - temperature conditions, follow the winter construction standards.
Packaging and Storage
Packed in double - layer composite bags, with a net weight of 40 kg per bag. The shelf life is 6 months. For use after expiration, it can only be used after passing the test.
Avoid direct sunlight, pay attention to moisture - proof and prevent packaging damage. Store on pallets off the ground in a dry and well - ventilated indoor environment.
