Product Overview:

    This test consists of two machines: a colored paper making machine and an eraser wiping machine. First, use a high - grade HB pencil with a 0.6MM tip to contact the test paper fixed on the drum of the test paper making machine at a 75 - degree angle under a load of 0.3kgf. Draw a line on the test paper at a speed of 310±10cm/min. Then, remove the test paper and fix it on the eraser rate testing machine. Make the eraser test piece contact the colored line on the test paper vertically. Under a standard load of 0.5KG, wipe the test paper back and forth 4 times at a speed of 36±2CM/MIN. After that, remove the test paper and measure the concentration with a lead core concentration meter. This machine can also be used for the eraser abrasion rate test.
