1.Product Overview

Ultrasonic liquid level sensor is based on the principle of ultrasonic echo ranging. The sensor is installed outside the bottom of the oil tank, emitting ultrasonic signals from the bottom. When it encounters the oil surface, it reflects back, and then calculates the liquid level height based on time and speed.

At the same time, we combine our unique digital signal processing technology to overcome the influence of the container wall, so as to achieve high-precision non-contact measurement.

2.Working Principle

Ultrasonic level gauge is based on the principle of ultrasonic echo ranging. The sensor is installed outside the

bottom of the oil tank, emitting ultrasonic signals from the bottom. When it encounters the oil surface, it reflects back, and then calculates the level height based on time and speed.

By combining digital signal processing technology, the influence of container walls is overcome, achieving high-precision non-contact measurement of liquid level inside the container, and meeting industrial application requirements in terms of application.
