Part 1: What is KD Structure and Why Does It Matter?
You will see the term "KD Structure" in our product title. KD stands for Knockdown. This is a simple concept with big benefits for your business.
What is KD Structure?
A knockdown product is one that is shipped disassembled in a box. Instead of receiving a fully assembled, bulky rack that takes up half a truck, you receive a flat pack of components: the columns, the shelves, the braces, and the hardware (though with our boltless design, there is very little hardware).

Lower Freight Costs: This is the number one advantage. Shipping is calculated by size and weight. A fully assembled rack is huge and awkward. It takes up a lot of space on a truck. A KD flat pack fits into a much smaller box. You can fit more units in a single shipment. This means you pay significantly less to get the product from our factory to your dock in Los Angeles.
Easier Storage: Maybe you are not ready to set up all the racks at once. With a KD structure, you can keep the boxes stacked neatly in a corner until you need them. They do not take up valuable warehouse floor space while waiting for assembly.

Part 2: The Magic of Boltless Assembly and the Butterfly Buckle
Time is money in a warehouse. The longer it takes your team to set up new shelving, the longer they are away from their primary jobs. Our boltless design solves this problem.
No Tools Required
Traditional racks require wrenches, sockets, and a lot of time turning nuts and bolts. Our racks are completely boltless. There are no loose nuts to lose, no threads to cross, and no need for any tools at all.
The Butterfly Bayonet Connection
The secret is the butterfly bayonet connection. This is a simple but brilliant piece of engineering.
How It Works: Look at the ends of the shelf beams. You will see metal tabs shaped like butterfly wings. The vertical columns have a series of keyhole-shaped slots.
The Assembly Process:
You tilt the shelf beam and insert the top "wing" of the butterfly buckle into the wide part of the keyhole slot.
You level the shelf beam out.
You let it drop down. The bottom wing locks into the narrow part of the slot.
It's That Simple: The connection is secure and tight. The weight of the load actually pushes the buckle further into the lock, making it stronger as you add more weight. This is a safe, fast, and reliable system.
Part 3: The Main and Auxiliary Frame System - Build as You Grow
A smart warehouse plan anticipates growth. You might need 10 racks today, but 20 racks next year. Our shelving system is designed with a modular "main and sub-frame" concept that makes expansion easy and cost-effective.
The Main Frame
This is your starting point. The main frame has two columns. It is a complete, self-contained unit. When you buy a main frame, you get everything you need for a standalone rack. The columns on either side of the main frame can be used separately, meaning this unit is ready to go from day one.
The Auxiliary Frame
This is your expansion unit. The auxiliary frame (or subframe) has only one column. It cannot stand alone. It is designed to be used with the main frame.
How to Connect: You place the auxiliary frame next to your existing main frame. The shelves then span the gap, connecting to the column of the main frame on one side and the single column of the auxiliary frame on the other side.
Share a Column: The two frames share a column in the middle. This is the key to saving money. You are not paying for an extra column you don't need.
Extend Infinitely: You can keep adding auxiliary frames. Main frame, then auxiliary, then another auxiliary, and so on. You can create one long, continuous run of shelving that stretches as far as your warehouse wall.
Save Money and Space
By matching the main and secondary racks, you "save money and warehouse investment." You also save space because there are no gaps between units. It is a continuous, efficient storage wall.
Part 4: Built for High Load Capacity
A warehouse rack is only as good as its ability to hold weight. If it bends or collapses, it can cause serious damage and injuries. We build our racks with high load capacity as the top priority.
Thickened Column
The vertical supports are the foundation. We use a thickened column that is wider and thicker than standard racks. This is a bold column designed for one purpose: to hold heavy loads without bending.
Molded in One Piece: The column is molded in one piece for stability. This means no welds or joints that can become weak points.
No Wobbling: The thick steel and solid construction ensure there is no wobbling, even when the rack is fully loaded.
Reinforced Layered Panels
The shelves themselves are just as important as the frame.
Thickened Stainless Steel: The shelves are made from thickened stainless steel plate. This material is chosen for its strength and durability. It can take a beating and keep on performing.
Reinforcing Bars: Under each shelf, we add steel support bars. The number of bars is matched to the length of the shelf. This ensures that the shelf will not sag or deform, no matter how much weight you put on it.
