Monopole Cell Tower
1. Product Overview
Monopole Telecommunication Tower is an integrated columnar communication infrastructure, adopting seamless steel pipes or spiral welded pipes as the main structure. The tower body is cylindrical/conical with no redundant trusses or arms, specially designed for telecommunication signal transmission, 5G base station deployment, microwave communication and other scenarios. It features a compact structure and simple appearance, combining functionality and environmental adaptability, making it the preferred communication tower type for scenarios with space and aesthetic requirements such as cities, scenic spots and industrial parks.
2. Core Structural Features
Main Material: Adopts high-quality low-carbon steel/high-strength steel Q235B/Q355B, or international standard steel such as ASTM A36/A572. The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing (complying with ASTM A123 standard) or anti-corrosion coating, featuring strong corrosion resistance and UV resistance, suitable for complex environments such as marine climate and high humidity.
Structural Design:
Integrated monopole structure with no external nodes, wind load coefficient ≤0.3 (much lower than truss-type iron towers), excellent wind resistance, capable of withstanding typhoons above level 12 (maximum design wind speed 200 km/h).
The bottom of the tower is fixed to the foundation with large-diameter flanges, connected by bolts (bolt grade 8.8), firmly installed, and the seismic fortification intensity can reach 8 degrees.
Optional conical gradient design with small top diameter and large bottom diameter, balancing structural stability and material saving, saving more than 30% of steel compared with truss towers of the same height.
Foundation Configuration: Adopts independent pile foundation or raft foundation, covering an area of only 3-8㎡ (about 1/5 of triangular angle steel tower), with low requirements on the site and flexible site selection.
Functional Layout: The tower is reserved with antenna mounting brackets, RRU mounting platforms, ladders (with safety cages) and maintenance platforms, supporting integrated installation of multiple devices and flexible accessory configuration.

The tower can be produced in sections and assembled on site, with each section weight ≤3 tons, which can be hoisted by ordinary cranes, and the installation period is only 2-3 days (truss towers of the same height require 5-7 days).
No need to disassemble complex components for transportation, can reach the site directly by road or railway, and the transportation cost is 25% lower than that of truss towers.
Low Maintenance Cost: No exposed nodes and truss structures, reducing the risk of rain erosion and rust, only 1 routine inspection per year, and the maintenance cost is less than 1/3 of that of triangular angle steel towers.
Multi-functional Compatibility: Supports integrated installation of panel antennas (GSM/5G), microwave antennas (Φ0.6m-2.4m), WIFI antennas, RRU equipment, etc., which can meet the signal coverage needs of multiple operators and multiple frequency bands, realizing "one tower for multiple uses".

Transportation: The tower is packaged in sections (each section length 6-12m) with rainproof and moisture-proof packaging, supporting customs declaration and export from ports such as Qingdao Port and Tianjin Port, and can be transported to all parts of the world by container or bulk carrier;
Installation: Provide detailed installation drawings and technical guidance, requiring 1 unit of 25-50 ton crane and 3-5 construction personnel. After the foundation construction is completed, on-site assembly, flange fixing and equipment mounting are completed in one stop;
After-sales Service: Provide 1-year free warranty (including parts replacement) and lifelong technical support, and can assist customers in completing local inspection and certification.
