Function and Application
It is suitable for testing the mechanical properties such as tension, peeling, heat sealing, tearing, puncturing, stiffness, compression, bending, and shearing of various packaging materials including plastic films, paper-aluminum-plastic composite films, adhesive tapes, flexible packaging materials, rubber sheets, papers, non-woven fabrics, etc. It has the advantages of high precision, convenient operation, intuitiveness, reliability, and wide application. It complies with the requirements of the national technical supervision department for testing technologies. It is widely used for quality control by plastic film, food, and pharmaceutical production enterprises, and for scientific research and teaching experiments in testing institutions and schools.
Test Principle
The sample is clamped between the two chucks of the fixture. The two chucks move relatively. Through the force value sensor located on the moving chuck and the displacement sensor built into the machine, the changes in force value and displacement during the test process are collected, so as to calculate the performance indicators such as tensile strength, tear strength, and deformation rate of the sample.
