Surface quality of alloy nickel strip:
(1) The surface of the strip should be smooth and clean, without wind layers, cracks, bubbles, burrs, creases and inclusions;
(2) Slight local scratches, spot welds, pits, indentations and roller marks that do not cause the strip thickness to exceed its allowable deviation are allowed. Slight oxidation color, dullness and slight local oil stains are not the basis for rejection;
(3) Both sides of the strip should be cut neatly, without burrs, cracked edges and curled edges.
(4) The strip should be straight, but slight waves are allowed. The side bend of the strip should not be more than 3 mm per meter.
Uses of nickel strip: Mainly used in the manufacturing of nickel-cadmium, nickel-hydrogen, nickel batteries, combined batteries, as well as in industries such as instruments and meters, telecommunications, electro-vacuum, and special light bulbs; Conductor nickel strip material refers to the material used for the connection between the positive and negative electrodes of the battery cell and the battery protection board, etc.
Pure nickel strip: The nickel content is above 99.95%. Pure nickel has excellent mechanical properties and high corrosion resistance in various environments. It also has characteristics such as magnetostriction and magnetism, high heat transfer, high electrical conductivity, low gas content and low vapor pressure. It has good spot welding performance, high tensile tension, and is easy to operate. With low resistivity (for notebook battery pack combination), it can pass a current of over 50A. This product is mainly used in the manufacturing of nickel-hydrogen batteries, lithium batteries, combined batteries, power tools, communication information, special lights and other industries.
