Nickel strip surface quality:
(1) The surface of the strip should be smooth and clean, without wind layers, cracks, bubbles, burrs, folds and inclusions;
(2) Minor local defects such as scratches, flatness, pits, pressed-in objects and roll marks that do not cause the strip thickness to exceed its allowable deviation are allowed. Slight oxidation color, dullness and slight local oil stains are not grounds for rejection;
(3) Both sides of the strip should be cut neatly, without burrs, cracked edges and curled edges.
(4) The strip should be straight, but slight waves are allowed. The lateral curvature of the strip should not exceed 3 mm per meter.
