Cantilever shelving is a storage equipment designed specifically for storing long, irregular, and heavy materials, widely used in industries such as machinery manufacturing, building materials, furniture, and logistics. It achieves lateral material access through a combination structure of columns and cantilevers, and has the characteristics of structural stability, strong load-bearing capacity, and high space utilization.
1、 Basic structure
Cantilever shelves are mainly composed of the following parts:
Column: As the supporting body, it is usually welded with H-beam or cold-rolled C-shaped steel, which has high strength and compressive capacity.
Cantilever: horizontally extending from both sides of the column, used to carry materials, can be designed as single-sided or double-sided, with a length generally within 1.5 meters and a maximum length of 11 meters.
Connectors: including plug-in or bolted connection devices to ensure a stable connection between the cantilever and the column.
Base and Back Pulling System: The base is fixed to the ground with expansion bolts, and combined with the back pulling structure to enhance overall stability and prevent overturning.
