Usage
Stainless steel mixing tank is widely used in food and beverage, pharma, cosmetic, chemical industries etc. To make paste, jam, sauce etc. It has electric and stem heating types for choosing.

Structure
This tank is made of stainless steel tank body, top cover, paddle mixer, jacket for oil, insulation, inlet and outlet etc. Tank inside and outside are polished. Inside mixer mixing material uniformly, driving by motor and reducer,. Inlet port for feeding material, cleaning port for cleaning, outlet for drain out. Temperature sensor at bottom of the tank for testing temperature of inside medium.
Principle
Mixer or homogenizer mix medium uniformly driving by motor. Heating the oil in the jacket to hat up inside medium by heat transfer.
The size can be from 50L to 5000L, to be designed and customized as per clients' need.
