Introduction
This machine is high technology product incorporating of pneumatic-photo-electronic mechanism. Automatic Horizontal Cartoning Machine is suitable for inserting plate shaped products, such as pharmaceutical products and food products into the carton. The machine finishes running by a series of photo-electronic controller to make the machine stability and guarantee the packing quality. It includes carton suction and opening, products feeding, printing batch number, sealing carton with tuck-in or hot melt glue device.
Main Features
1.The Automatic Horizontal Cartoning Machine includes an automatic station to form the cartons. The carton boxes are disposed by vacuum.
2. Elimate the box without packing product inside.
3.Product will be manually loaded on conveyor, then other things will be finished automatically.
4.Automatically displaying device for trouble, speed and finished products counting.
5.Machine will stop running if no products or incorrect position of products occurs. And it will stop automatically if incorrect position of product inserts into the carton.
6.Adopt human-machine interface system.
7.International famous brand of electric components such for PLC touch screen, frequency converter, etc.
8.Stable performance, operation is easy to control.
