Brief Introduction

Scope of Application
The MAP Series mobile asphalt mixing plant, developed by ACE Group, builds upon the proven strengths of the BAP series batch mixing plant. It incorporates key innovations such as a container-compatible size, a modular design, and a trailer-mounted mobile chassis. These features enable cost-efficient containerized shipping, rapid mobilization, and straightforward relocation from site to site.
This plant is ideally suited for small to medium-sized paving projects that require frequent moves. The entire setup can be disassembled and reinstalled at a new location within approximately five days, not including transit time, ensuring minimal project downtime
Technical Parameters
MAP mobile asphalt plant can be mobilized and relocated in a very short time. Its output is 60 ~ 160tph, fit for construction of road that is not wide, but considerable long and needs frequent relocation.
