The linear dewatering screen employs dual-motor self-synchronization technology, featuring universal eccentric blocks and adjustable-amplitude vibrators. Its core components include a screen box, exciter, support system, and motors. Two independent vibrators operate synchronously in opposite directions, with centrifugal forces from the eccentric masses superimposing along the vibration axis while counteracting each other. This creates a unified excitation force that drives the screen box to perform reciprocating linear motion. Designed for dewatering, sludge removal, and media separation, it is widely used in sand washing at sand plants, coal slime recovery in coal preparation plants, and tailings drying in mineral processing plants. It is therefore also known as a vibrating dewatering screen, mining dewatering screen, coal slime dewatering screen, tailings dewatering screen, or high-frequency dewatering screen.
The dehydration vibrating screen demonstrates extensive applications across multiple sectors: fine sand, tailings, iron tailings, gold tailings, copper tailings, lead-zinc tailings, graphite tailings, water-washed sand, quartz sand, zircon sand, glass sand, construction sand, casting sand, building material sand, potassium feldspar dehydration, coal slime dehydration, coal slime, cleaned coal, water-washed coal, wet coal, soil remediation, sewage treatment (including municipal, industrial, and river sludge), solid-liquid separation, and wastewater treatment plants. Key features include: 1. High-capacity, high-frequency operation. The screen plate is positioned 5° above the horizontal plane, with its rear section forming a 45-degree angle to the main plate. Two balanced vibration motors are horizontally mounted, one atop the other, where the rotational imbalance of gravity ensures stable screen operation.
2. The system uses dual vibration motors for excitation, featuring a robust and compact structure. It overcomes the drawbacks of traditional eccentric vibrators, such as large size, oil leakage, excessive wear, high noise levels, and difficult maintenance.
3. The side guard plate of the dehydration screen is coated with rubber, which prevents deformation or rupture caused by wear and reduces iron contamination of the material.
4. The high-frequency dehydration screen employs an embedded polyurethane composite mesh, which has a lifespan 3-10 times longer than traditional metal screens. This design prevents direct contact between the metal frame and ore, reduces noise, and minimizes the heavy sensation of metal screens.
5. The vibration damping device of the dehydration screen employs rubber damping columns, which are more suitable for humid working conditions, effectively reducing vibrations while ensuring operational efficiency.
