NDK's NX2012SF series (32.768kHz, 2012 package) uses DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coated wafers, which increases the thermal conductivity to 800W/mK (3 times that of traditional ones). With the quantum well electrode design, the impedance is reduced by 40%. It is widely used in fields such as satellite payloads, optical modules, and new energy vehicles.

1. Ultra-low power consumption IoT terminals
Battery-powered sensors:
Soil moisture monitor (button battery with a lifespan of 5 years)
Intelligent fire smoke detector (ESR ≤ 40kΩ ensures an emergency wake-up in 0.3 seconds)
LPWAN communication modules:
NB-IoT water meter (standby current 0.8μA@3V)
LoRa agricultural sensor (cold start time at -40℃. Case: Tesla Optimus Gen3 finger joint controller uses NX1610SE, and the clock error is 0.5% under mechanical vibration).
III. Precautions for model selection (industry trends in 2025)
Capacitance matching
6pF/7pF/9pF versions are available. For the STM32U6 series, a matching circuit of 7pF + 22nF is recommended.
Reflow soldering process
Peak temperature ≤ 245℃ (the heat resistance of gold electrodes is better than that of silver).
