I. Non-woven fabric for grinding machine cutting fluid filtration (drawing oil, emulsion)
Suitable for the filtration of cutting fluids, turning fluids, grinding fluids, emulsions, coolants, electroplating solutions, cutting oils, grinding oils, drawing oils, rolling oils, insulating oils in precision grinding machines, non-ferrous metal processing centers, grinding, turning, metal processing, etc. It is also applicable to the filtration of iron chips in machining and the filtration in electrical discharge machining.
Currently, special non-woven fabrics for filtering gold powder, silver powder, sapphire, etc. have been developed and produced.
Features: It is resistant to oil, emulsion, acid and alkali, and can withstand high and low temperatures (-40℃~240℃). It has good wet strength and is not easily torn. It also features a uniform fabric surface, fast filtration speed, and small particle size.
