The Woodward 9905-972 is a 6-channel 4-20mA analog output module from the Linknet series, suitable for distributed control and remote signal transmission. It is primarily used for actuator drives and I/O expansion in turbine/generator systems, currently mainly for spare parts replacement and maintenance of older systems.

Output and Drive Capability: Includes 6 independent 4-20mA current output channels, each with a maximum load of 500Ω. Suitable for analog drive devices such as valve positioners and actuators, supporting linear/non-linear signal mapping to meet precise control requirements.
Supports 24V DC redundant power supply (18-32V DC, 7.9W), with short-circuit/overcurrent protection. Output maintains or reaches safe values in case of failure, ensuring system stability.
Communication and Compatibility: Compatible with the Linknet communication bus, seamlessly integrates with MicroNet/HC900 controllers, supports hot-swapping, and allows for maintenance without downtime, suitable for distributed I/O expansion scenarios.
Meets Class I Div 2 explosion-proof standards, temperature code T4A, maximum ambient temperature 55℃, resistant to vibration and electromagnetic interference, suitable for harsh industrial/marine environments.
