Bently nevada 87199-01 Eddy current sensor
The Bently Nevada 87199-01 is a 4-channel proximity monitoring module (3500/40M) for the 3500 system. It is compatible with eddy current sensors and can measure parameters such as radial vibration, axial displacement, differential expansion, and shaft eccentricity. It supports paired channel configuration, multi-level alarms, and relay interlocking. Compatible with the 3500 frame and System 1 software, it is used for shaft condition monitoring and protection in critical rotating machinery such as turbines and compressors.

Synchronous Signal Processing: Supports key phase signal input, enabling vibration phase analysis and synchronous speed measurement, aiding in fault diagnosis such as rotor imbalance and misalignment.
Data Integration and Diagnosis: Uploads real-time/historical data via the 3500 frame bus, compatible with System 1 software for trend analysis, spectrum diagnosis, and predictive maintenance.
Redundancy and Self-Testing: Supports hot-swappable modules and frame-level redundancy; built-in self-testing for circuit faults, power abnormalities, etc., ensuring monitoring continuity and reliability.
