The YZ810 series switch status display is a new type of multifunctional device with simulated dynamic indication. It integrates multiple functions such as primary circuit simulation diagram, circuit breaker position, switch status, grounding knife switch position, spring energy storage status, high-voltage live indication, high-voltage live locking, and temperature and humidity control. The indication function can be divided and combined, and it adopts a panel installation method. The YZ810A product can also achieve networking communication through the RS485 interface. Product Features: This product can indicate the switch status of primary circuit equipment and control temperature and humidity according to user requirements. The product is equipped with an integrated layout in the switch cabinet, simplifying the panel structure design of past switch cabinets and beautifying the panel layout. It will replace existing control and indication devices such as primary circuit simulation indicator boards, electromagnetic switch status indicators, and grounding indicators. Considering the installation space requirements of various switch cabinets with different structures, such as fixed cabinets, handcart cabinets (including mid-mounted cabinets and lower-mounted cabinets), and ring main units, four models A, B, C, and D are designed. Each model has different functions, installation dimensions, and terminal wiring methods, making it easy to choose according to actual needs. The specifications of models A, B, C, and D are as follows: YZ810A: ● Switch status display (circuit breaker, handcart or isolating knife, grounding knife, spring energy storage) ● Three-phase high-voltage live indication and locking control ● Dehumidification and heating control (two-way condensation, one-way temperature) and heating circuit disconnection alarm ● With RS485 interface for networking communication ● Wiring terminals are rear-outlet YZ810B: ● Switch status display (circuit breaker, handcart or isolating knife, grounding knife, spring energy storage) ● Three-phase high-voltage live indication and locking control ● Wiring terminals are rear-outlet YZ810C: ● Switch status display (circuit breaker, handcart or isolating knife, grounding knife, spring energy storage) ● Three-phase high-voltage live indication and locking control ● Dehumidification and heating control (one-way condensation, one-way temperature) and heating circuit disconnection alarm ● Wiring terminals are side-outlet YZ810D: ● Switch status display (circuit breaker, handcart or isolating knife, grounding knife, spring energy storage) ● Wiring terminals are side-outlet Temperature and humidity controller and supporting sensor installation methods Our company produces a full range of temperature and humidity controllers with diverse installation methods. For example, the WSK-HS temperature and humidity controller has three installation methods: panel, base, and guide rail. The ZWS-5000 adopts panel installation. Customers can choose according to their requirements and the installation methods of the product. Sensors are usually installed in a fixed manner. If 35mm guide rail installation is required, please specify when ordering, and our company will provide installation clips. The sensor outline drawing is shown in Figure 4-1. Installation methods: 1. Install using a 35mm guide rail (please specify when ordering). 2. Install using a fixed method (hole spacing 37mm, hole diameter 4mm). 3. Overall dimensions: 75×45×29 (mm). If customers need to measure liquid temperature, please specify when ordering. The temperature sensor outline is shown in Figure 4-2 below.
