1. Overview
Xi'an Yuanzheng Technology YZ840/840A Switchgear Intelligent Control Device is a new type of multi-functional intelligent device developed for power switchgear.
2. Main Functions
● This device can realize functions such as indicating the switch status of primary circuit equipment, intelligently controlling the temperature and humidity inside the cabinet, operating the circuit breaker, online measuring and alarming the temperature of electrical contacts (optional), human body induction, and high-voltage live display according to user requirements.
● This device is equipped in the switchgear with an integrated layout, which simplifies the panel structure design of the previous switchgear, beautifies the panel layout, and replaces various control and indicating devices such as the existing primary circuit simulation indicator board, electromagnetic switch status indicator, grounding indicator, energy storage switch, circuit breaker opening/closing switch, as well as the online temperature measuring device for electrical contacts.
● This device is easy to install and has a long service life, which can fully meet the needs of the power industry and ensure the safe and reliable operation of electrical equipment.

3.1 Power Supply: AC85V～265V 50Hz or DC110V / DC220V
3.2 Environmental Conditions
● Operating Temperature: -25℃ ～ +55℃; Storage Temperature: -40℃ ～ +85℃;
● Short-term Tolerable Temperature of Temperature Sensor: 200℃.
● Operating Relative Humidity: 5%RH ~ 95%RH

3.4 Insulation Performance
● Dielectric Strength: The device can withstand a power frequency withstand voltage test of 2KV/50Hz/1Min;
● Insulation Resistance: ≥100MΩ.
3.5 Anti-electromagnetic Interference Function: It meets the requirements of GB/T14598.13, GB/T14598.14,
GB/T14598.9, GB/T14598.10.
3.6 Dynamic Simulation of Primary Wiring Diagram
Production of Simulation Diagram (Mask): Design the mask according to the actual primary wiring scheme and voltage level (35kV is lemon yellow, 10kV is crimson, 6kV is dark blue) at the user's site.
Dynamic Simulation Objects: Circuit breaker, trolley position, grounding switch, energy storage, etc. Through circuit sampling, the primary wiring diagram on the mask is dynamically changed according to the actual information, so as to achieve the purpose of dynamic simulation.
The content shown in the simulation diagram is as follows:
1) Opening (or circuit) display 2) Closing (or circuit) display
3) Flashing indication of pre - closing after opening 4) Grounding display
5) Energy storage display 6) Working position display
7) Test position display 8) Dynamic display during the process of the trolley moving in and out
9) Anti - misoperation flashing prompt for circuit breakers and grounding switches
3.7 Voice anti - misoperation prompt function
1) When the circuit breaker is in the closing state and the trolley is mistakenly pushed from the test position to the working position, the voice prompt is "Please open the circuit breaker".
2) When the grounding switch is in the closing state and the trolley is mistakenly pushed from the test position to the working position, the voice prompt is "Please open the grounding switch".
3) When both the circuit breaker and the grounding switch are in the closing state and the trolley is mistakenly pushed from the test position to the working position, the voice prompt is
"Please open the circuit breaker, please open the grounding switch".
4) When the main circuit of the cabinet is powered on and someone stays in front of the cabinet, the voice prompt is "The main circuit of this cabinet is live".
3.8 Operation function

3.9 Live display function
1) LED starting voltage (kV): Bus voltage × 0.15 2) Locking starting control voltage (kV): Bus voltage × 0.40
3) When all three phases are not live, the locking release light is on and the electromagnetic lock is activated.
Note: The forced locking control power supply: AC or DC 220V, which can ensure the reliable operation of the locking part; when the control power supply fails during operation, the locking contact will not malfunction, and the locked equipment remains reliably locked.
3.10 Temperature and humidity control function inside the cabinet
● Temperature measurement range: 0℃～99℃ Humidity measurement range: 0%RH～99%RH
● Measurement accuracy: Temperature: ±2℃ Humidity: ±5%RH
● It can be equipped with 1 - 4 sets of temperature and humidity sensors and output contacts
● It can display the measured values of temperature and humidity inside the cabinet
● Users can set the upper and lower limits of heating/dehumidification output according to their needs
3.11 Electrical contact temperature measurement function
● Temperature measurement range: -40℃～125℃
● Temperature measurement accuracy: ±3℃
● Wireless transceiver frequency: 2.4 ～ 2.524 GHz
● Data storage time: ≥5 years
● Number of contact temperature measurement points: Supports 18 points in two spaces
● Distance between temperature sensor (electrical contact temperature measurement) and receiver:
● Distance between receiver and main control device: (RS-485 bus)
3.12 Communication function: Communication function with RS-485 bus, communication protocol complies with IEC MODBUS
