1. Overview
The YZ810 series switch status display is a new-type multi-functional device with analog dynamic indication. It integrates multiple functions such as the primary circuit analog diagram, circuit breaker position, switch status, grounding switch position, spring energy storage status, high-voltage live indication, high-voltage live interlocking, and temperature and humidity control. The indication functions can be combined or separated, and it is installed on the panel. The YZ810A product can also achieve network communication through the RS-485 interface.
2. Main Functions
This product can realize the functions of switch status indication of primary circuit equipment and temperature and humidity control according to user requirements.
The product is equipped in the switchgear with an integrated layout, which simplifies the panel structure design of the switchgear in the past and beautifies the panel layout. It will replace various control and indication devices such as the existing primary circuit analog indicator board, electromagnetic switch status indicator, and grounding indicator.
Considering the installation space requirements of switchgears with various different structures such as fixed cabinets, handcart cabinets (including central cabinets and lower cabinets), and ring main units, three models A, C, and D are designed. The functions, installation dimensions, and terminal wiring methods of each model are different, which is convenient for selection according to actual needs.
The specifications of the three models A, C, and D are as follows:
YZ810A:
Switch status display (circuit breaker, handcart or isolating switch,
grounding switch, spring energy storage)
Three-phase high-voltage live indication and interlocking control
Dehumidification and heating control (two-way condensation, two-way temperature) and
Heating circuit disconnection alarm
It has an RS485 interface and can communicate in a network
The wiring terminals are for side outlet
YZ810D:
Switch status display (circuit breaker, handcart or isolating switch,
grounding switch, spring energy storage)
The wiring terminals are for side outlet
3 Technical Parameters
3.1 Power supply: AC85V～265V 50Hz or DC 110V/DC220V
3.2 Environmental conditions: Operating temperature -20℃ ～＋70℃; Storage temperature -40℃ ～＋85℃; Relative humidity 5%RH ~ 95%RH
3.3 Power consumption: ≤10W
3.4 Dielectric strength: >AC2000V between the shell and the terminals
3.5 Insulation performance: >100MΩ between the shell and the terminals
3.6 Analog indication description:
Circuit breaker status indication (passive contact input):
When the circuit breaker is closed, the closing contact is closed, and the red simulation bar lights up; when the circuit breaker is tripped, the tripping contact is closed, and the green simulation bar lights up.
Handcart position or isolating switch status indication (passive contact input):
For the handcart cabinet: When the working position contact is closed, the red vertical simulation bar lights up. When the test position contact is closed, the green horizontal simulation bar lights up.
For the fixed cabinet: When the isolating switch contact is closed, the red vertical simulation bar lights up. When the isolating switch contact is closed, the green horizontal simulation bar lights up.
Spring energy storage indication (passive contact input):
When the contact is closed, the red spring symbol lights up, indicating that the energy has been stored. When the contact is open, the green spring symbol lights up, indicating that the energy has not been stored.
Grounding switch position indication (passive contact input):
When the contact is closed, the red vertical simulation bar lights up, indicating that the grounding switch is closed. When the contact is open, the green simulation bar lights up, indicating that the grounding switch is open.
Note: All the luminous indications are off in the power-off state. All the above contact signals come from the auxiliary contacts of the circuit breaker.
3.7 High-voltage live indication part: LED starting voltage (kV): Bus voltage × 0.15
Locking starting control voltage (kV): Bus voltage × 0.40
3.8 Temperature and humidity control part
Sensor: Two channels of temperature and two channels of condensation; the sensor has a self-check function. After a fault occurs, the fault indicator light flashes.
Temperature control accuracy: ±2℃
Load output: Two channels of normally open passive contact output, with a rated capacity of AC220V/5A, which can be connected to a heater or a fan.
Two channels of temperature and two channels of condensation (YZ810A type)
One channel of humidity and one channel of condensation (YZ810C type)
Logical relationship: When the humidity ≥ 93%RH or condensation is about to form, start heating or dehumidifying;
When the temperature ≤ 5℃, start heating;
When the temperature ≥ 15℃, stop heating.
Open-circuit alarm: When an open circuit occurs in the load circuit, the corresponding alarm indicator light is always on, and the open-circuit alarm output contact is closed.
