Main parameters of T2180 deep hole drill boring machine
Machine tool application: This machine tool is a special machine tool for processing cylindrical deep hole parts, suitable for drilling and boring of cylindrical deep hole workpieces. When drilling, the internal chip removal method (BTA method) is adopted, that is, the oil feeder supplies oil, passes through the cutting area, and discharges the chips from the inside of the drill pipe to the chip hopper at the rear of the machine tool bed. When boring, the oil is supplied from the tail end of the boring bar, passes through the cutting area, and discharges the chips to the chip hopper at the headstock.
The machine tool bed guide rail is a rectangular guide rail, which has been quenched and has high wear resistance; in the middle of the machine tool bed guide rail, a feed screw is installed. The oil feeder uses a servo motor to press against the workpiece, with adjustable pressure, safe and reliable. The concentricity between the spindle of the oil feeder and the spindle of the machine tool is high, and the rotation accuracy is good; it is convenient to replace the guide sleeve. This machine tool is a deep hole drill boring machine with convenient operation and control and high processing efficiency.
