The Deep Hole Tool Division of Dezhou Delan Machine Tool Co., Ltd. specializes in the R & D, design and manufacturing of deep hole tools in an integrated business model.
It covers a series of tools such as deep hole boring heads, combined boring and rolling heads, deep hole rolling heads, and deep hole drills. The accessories for deep hole tools include balls, guide keys, guide sleeves, inserts, deep hole boring bars, etc.
This scraping and rolling tool is a newly developed tool by our company's technicians. It adopts a brand - new expanding and contracting tool mechanism. The floating boring cutter block uses special coated fine boring inserts, which has the advantages of easy cutting, large single - revolution feed, smooth chip removal, good wear resistance, and convenient and reliable replacement.
Features of JG type scraping and rolling tools:
1. It reduces the accuracy requirements for the machine tool guide sleeve. The adjustable ball size can effectively control the fit clearance between the tool and the guide sleeve, reducing the requirements for the inner hole size accuracy of the guide sleeve. It avoids the situation where the inner hole has threads when the fit clearance between the conventional TGG type boring and rolling head and the guide sleeve is too large, and can effectively improve the inner hole machining quality.
2. It reduces the technical requirements for operators. For workpieces with unsatisfactory machining dimensions, secondary machining can be carried out by adjusting the rolling amount, which can effectively control the scrap rate.
3. The fine boring uses indexable coated inserts, with stable and reliable dimensions. It is convenient and fast to replace the inserts.
4. It has low requirements for the machine tool. Compared with similar foreign products, it does not need to be equipped with pneumatic or hydraulic devices. All ordinary deep hole machine tools can be used, and it is easy to operate.
5. The dimensions of the floating fine cutter and the ball part can be adjusted arbitrarily within 1mm without replacing any accessories, which can realize the renovation and repair of old cylinders and adapt to the bore diameters of different tolerance grades.
6. Due to the structure of the floating fine cutter, the tool is more evenly stressed, so large feed can be achieved. The machining efficiency is 2 - 3 times higher than that of ordinary TGG type combined boring and rolling heads.
