The intelligent capacitor integrates advanced technologies such as modern measurement and control, power electronics, network communication, automatic control , and power capacitors. Basic Information
Composition of Intelligent Capacitor
Intelligent capacitors are modular de sign ed. The component modules include: high-quality capacitors, reactors, intelligent measurement and control modules, switching switch modules, line protection modules, and human-machine interface modules. Auxiliary contacts are mainly used in circuits with an alternating current of 50Hz, a rated heating current up to 3A, an alternating rated voltage up to 415V, or a direct rated voltage up to 125V. They are assembled with NB7 miniature circuit breakers for signal indication of long-distance circuit breaker on-off. Undervoltage releases are mainly used in circuits with an alternating current of 50Hz (60Hz) and a rated operating voltage of 230V, and are used in conjunction with NB1 and NB1L series circuit breakers for undervoltage protection.
Basic Functions
Intelligent capacitors can be used alone or in multiple units. They can replace the conventional automatic reactive power com pensation device composed of an intelligent controller, fuses, composite switches or mechanical contactors , thermal relays , low-voltage power ca pacitors , indicator lights, etc., connected by wires.
Performance Characteristics
Modular Structure
Intelligent capacitors have a modular structure, with a small volume, simple on-site wiring, and convenient maintenance. The capacity expansion of the reactive power compensation system can be achieved by simply increasing the number of modules.
High-quality Capacitors
Self-healing low-voltage compensation capacitors are used. The capacitors are equipped with an internal temperature sensor to reflect the internal heating degree of the capacitor and achieve over-temperature protection.
Embedded Switching Switch Module
Intelligent capacitors have an embedded switching switch module. The switching switch module consists of a thyristor, a magnetic latching relay , a zero-crossing trigger conduction circuit, and a thyristor protection circuit, realizing "zero switching" of the capacitor, ensuring no inrush current impact during the switching process and no operating overvoltage . The switch module has a fast action response speed and can be operated frequently.
Comprehensive Protection Design
Intelligent capacitors have functions such as power failure protection, short-circuit protection, voltage phase loss protection, and capacitor over-temperature protection, effectively ensuring the safety of the capacitor and extending the service life of the equipment.
Advanced Control Technology
The controlled physical quantity is reactive power . Reactive power flow prediction and delayed multi-point sampling technology are used to ensure non-oscillatory switching. When under heavy load, reactive power is fully compensated.
Anti-switching oscillation technology
Adopt a unique design principle to prevent the situation of non-compensation or over-compensation caused by the controller crashing, and prevent the capacitor switching oscillation.
Automatic reactive power compensation
The intelligent capacitor automatically switches according to the size of the load reactive power, dynamically compensates the reactive power, and improves the power quality. The intelligent capacitor can be used alone or in multiple units.
Friendly human-machine interface
Display the operating parameters of the equipment such as current, voltage, and reactive power.
Display the switching status, the fault status of the composite switch module, and the communication status.
And it can conveniently realize the switching between debugging/working states and the functions of manual/automated operation.
The buttons are suitable for AC 50Hz/60Hz, voltage up to 230V, in the circuit control system, for the control of magnetic starters, contactors, relays and other electrical circuits. The buttons with lights are also suitable for various places with light signal indications. The buttons are suitable for industrial control circuits with AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated working voltage up to 415V and DC rated voltage up to 250V, for the control of electromagnetic starters, contactors, relays and other electrical circuits.
