Although SF6 gas has relatively stable chemical properties, it will decompose under the conditions of arc and high temperature, producing sulfur-containing compounds.   Since the EKN2 gas-insulated switchgear adopts non-sulfur hexafluoride (nitrogen) insulation technology, it is not only environmentally friendly but also particularly suitable for use in harsh climates or environments such as polluted and humid areas. It can also be used in high-cold areas over 1000m. The low-voltage draw-out switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) was developed by our company, Shaanxi Fuyou Electrical Equipment Technology Development Co., Ltd., after comprehensive improvement based on the MNS series low-voltage switchgear of the Swiss ABB Company. It is currently a relatively advanced low-voltage draw-out switchgear in China. Moreover, all circuit diagrams, pneumatic and hydraulic circuit diagrams, and assembly diagrams are also in the instruction manual. How can you know what kind of modifications each component can make without reading it? According to the instruction manual, check the I/O. Checking the I/O is commonly known as "dotting". There are many methods to check the I/O, but you must check them sequentially according to the addresses provided in the instruction manual and check them in a safe situation. When checking the input points, generally the input signals are various sensors, such as capacitive, inductive, photoelectric, piezoresistive, ultrasonic, magnetic induction, and limit switch sensors. Checking these components is relatively simple. According to the component instructions, place the workpiece on the station or move the actuator to check whether the sensor has a signal.
