Switching value, also known as logical value, refers to a quantity with only two values, 0 or ON or OFF. It is the most commonly used control. Controlling it is an advantage of PLC and also the most basic application of PLC. The purpose of switching value control is to make the PLC generate corresponding switching value outputs according to the current input combination and historical input sequence of the switching value, so that the system can work in a certain order. Therefore, it is sometimes also called sequential control. Sequential control can be divided into manual, semi-automatic, or automatic. And the control principles adopted are decentralized, centralized, and hybrid control. Analog quantity refers to some continuously changing physical quantities, such as voltage, current, pressure, speed, flow, etc.

Composition of Intelligent Capacitor
The intelligent capacitor is designed in a modular way with the following components: high-quality capacitors, reactors, intelligent measurement and control modules, switching switch modules, line protection modules, and human-machine interface modules. It is made of ABS engineering plastic shell and resin casting, featuring full sealing, good insulation performance, beautiful appearance, high sensitivity, good linearity, reliable operation, and convenient installation. It has a wide range of specifications to meet the needs of various relays, devices, and different operating modes of the power system. The wireless temperature measurement device is an intelligent device used in high, medium, and low voltage power systems (110kv, 6 - 35kv, and 0.4kv) and electrical contact equipment with high temperature requirements.
Basic functions
The intelligent capacitor can be used alone or in multiple units connected online. It replaces the conventional automatic reactive power compensation device composed of an intelligent controller, fuses, composite switches or mechanical contactors , thermal relays , low-voltage power capacitors , indicator lights, etc. connected by wires.
Performance characteristics
Modular structure
The intelligent capacitor has a modular structure, with a small size, simple on-site wiring, and convenient maintenance. The expansion of the reactive power compensation system can be achieved by simply increasing the number of modules.
High-quality capacitors
Self-healing low-voltage compensation capacitors are used. The capacitors are equipped with built-in temperature sensors to reflect the internal heating degree of the capacitors and achieve over-temperature protection.
Embedded switching switch module
The intelligent capacitor has a built-in switching switch module. The switching switch module consists of a thyristor, magnetic latching relay , zero-crossing trigger conduction circuit, and thyristor protection circuit, realizing "zero switching" of the capacitor, ensuring no inrush current impact during the switching process and no operating overvoltage . The switch module has a fast action response speed and can be operated frequently.
Complete protection design
The intelligent capacitor has functions such as power failure protection, short-circuit protection, voltage phase loss protection, and capacitor over-temperature protection, effectively ensuring the safety of the capacitor and extending the service life of the equipment.
Advanced control technology
The controlled physical quantity is reactive power . Reactive power flow prediction and delayed multi-point sampling technology are used to ensure no oscillation during switching. Under heavy load, reactive power is fully compensated.
Anti-switching oscillation technology
Using a unique design principle, it prevents the non-compensation or over-compensation situation caused by the controller malfunction and prevents capacitor switching oscillation.
Automatic reactive power compensation
The intelligent capacitor automatically switches on and off according to the magnitude of the load reactive power, dynamically compensating for reactive power and improving power quality. The intelligent capacitor can be used alone or in multiple units connected online.
Friendly human-machine interface
It displays equipment operating parameters such as current, voltage, and reactive power.
It also displays the switching status, fault status of the composite switch module, and communication status. it can conveniently realize the functions of switching between debugging/working states and manual/auto operation.
