Our Marine Fresh Water Generator FWG utilizes globally advanced Reverse Osmosis Membrane Technology to efficiently transform seawater into clean, odor-free, and bacteria-safe drinking water that complies with the National Drinking Water Standard (GB5749-2006).
Ideal for fishing vessels, steamships, and coastal installations where freshwater scarcity is a challenge, this system effectively removes minerals, microorganisms, bacteria, and other impurities. It delivers high-purity freshwater suitable for drinking, cooking, and sanitary use onboard.
The system is equipped with a fully automatic pre-filtration unit featuring advanced multiport valves, enabling efficient large-flow backwashing and rinsing without manual intervention. All piping and the main body are constructed with corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring long service life and reliable performance in marine environments.
The reverse osmosis unit incorporates high-quality membrane elements and energy-saving design principles, significantly reducing power consumption while maintaining high output. An intelligent monitoring system provides real-time operational data, ensuring stable and safe performance under various conditions.
Key components such as flow and pressure controllers, atmospheric valves, and blow-down piping are installed to enhance system durability and user convenience.
