Product details introduction:
GT-Series Rotary Screen is a special screening equipment developed by our factory for industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, building materials, and mining. It overcomes the problem of screen mesh blockage that occurs when circular vibrating screens and linear screens are used to screen relatively wet materials, improves the output and reliability of the screening system, and has been well-received by a large number of users.
Working principle:
The motor is connected to the drum device through a coupling via a reducer, driving the drum to rotate around its axis. When the materials enter the drum device, due to the rotation of the drum device (the drum can be inclined), the materials on the screen surface are turned and rotated. The qualified materials are discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the rear end of the drum, and the unqualified materials are discharged through the discharge port at the end of the drum. Due to the turning and rolling of the materials inside the drum, the materials stuck in the screen holes can be ejected, preventing the screen holes from being blocked.
