The high-frequency tuning fork bars of the bar screen plate generate secondary high-frequency resonance while vibrating with the screen plate, which speeds up the forward movement of the material and accelerates the sinking of granular materials on the screen surface and the lateral movement speed of small particles that have contacted the screen surface towards the screen holes, thereby increasing the probability of passing through the screen holes. The opening rate of this screen plate can be as high as 80%. For sticky materials with a certain amount of moisture, they can be shaken off by its high-frequency self-vibration and are not easy to adhere to the screen bars and cause blockage. It is an ideal screen plate for sticky or fibrous materials that are difficult to screen.
The production types include: single-layer bar screen plate, double-layer bar screen plate, horizontal bar screen plate, polyurethane bar screen plate and ceramic bar screen plate.
Scope of application: Classification of raw coal, sintering, pellets, coking coal, ores, etc.
