2. Equipment structure

It is mainly composed of a test frame, an experimental platform, fixtures, a sun visor flipping mechanism, synchronous pulleys and synchronous belts, a sun visor installation device, a sensor installation device, high and low temperature servo motors and drives, high and low temperature reducers, high and low temperature sensors, and an electrical control and acquisition system.

The electrical components used are products resistant to high and low temperatures, so the test bench can be directly placed in the environmental chamber for testing. The bottom of the test bench is equipped with FuMa wheels for easy movement.


2.1.  Electrical control and acquisition system

The entire electrical control and acquisition system can be divided into four parts: an electrical drive system, a servo system, a motion control system, and a signal acquisition system.

2.1.1.     Electrical drive system

The electrical drive system relies on a standard cabinet and is the core of the power supply and electrical logic control of the entire equipment. All signal wire connections are completed in this part. It uses photoelectric isolation solid - state relays and high - quality shielded cables in key parts to effectively reduce the interference of the servo motor system on the control signals and sampling signals during operation.

2.1.2.     Servo System

The motor uses a high and low temperature servo motor. The servo motor system can easily adjust parameters, monitor the status, and analyze faults. Its powerful intelligent automatic adjustment function can replace the usual professional and complicated debugging process, easily achieving high speed and high response. The speed response frequency can reach 1kHz. After the software starts, it displays the instantaneous sampling values of the sensors in real - time. During the test, it can also display the sampling values and minimum values of the sensors.

It can form curve displays with any signal combination.

 The data processing method of the test curve can be combined with the test operation parameters to form an overall test module. Various combinations are flexibly set, easy to call, and can save and read all parameters.

 All test data supports export to an EXCEL table.

 It can flexibly set multiple conditions to retrieve test records.

 Multiple sets of test report templates can co - exist, and different templates can be called according to actual needs.

 It can find characteristic points on the test curve under various conditions.

 It can find any point with the cursor on the test curve (which can be matched with the data exported to EXCEL).
