The 4-axis linkage fatigue test bench for automobile steering wheels is a device specifically used to test the durability of steering wheels under long-term use or harsh environments. I. Structure and Function of the Test Bench
4-axis Linkage Design:
This test bench adopts a 4-axis linkage design, which can simulate the complex movements of the steering wheel in multiple directions, including axial force tests (overall loading method, single-point loading method), steering torque tests, etc.
The 4-axis linkage ensures the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the test, and can more realistically reflect the stress conditions of the steering wheel during actual driving.
Servo Electric Cylinder Actuator:
The test bench is equipped with a high-performance servo electric cylinder actuator, which features high precision, high responsiveness, and a long service life.
The photoelectric encoder displacement sensor and load sensor of the servo electric cylinder are used to measure the test displacement and test load respectively.
Test Fixture and Connection:
A professional test fixture is used to fix the steering wheel, ensuring the stability of the steering wheel during the test.
The pre-stressed ring connection method is designed at the connection screw between the load sensor and the test fixture to further improve the dynamic response performance.
Control System:
The test bench adopts an advanced control system, which can precisely control the load, speed, and frequency.
